Scope of Service

Chicos Designer offers fashion products to customers located in the United States. We currently ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or product information errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our website. Your order will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order request, but it does not guarantee final acceptance if the order contains incorrect information, payment issues, suspected fraud, or unavailable products.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days for processing are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York Time) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.

After processing and dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days. Shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

The total estimated delivery time is usually 5–9 business days, including processing and shipping.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Chicos Designer is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment confirmation.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for transparency and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, high order volume, weather conditions, public holidays, address verification, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging and tags, where applicable.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.

Original shipping is free for orders within the United States. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order has already been dispatched, the customer may need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
